Preventative Maintenance Visits

Cleaning your equipment on a regular basis is important to maintain reliability and minimize downtime. We do this for you on a regular basis and also inspect the equipment and system for overall operational integrity.

Priority Service

To secure priority service and support for your equipment in times of failure. Our priority response time can be as little as four (4) working hours from the receipt of a request for service.

Protection

Our Priority Service can protect you against unexpected expenses.

• Travel and labour time included
All telephone, traveling and labour time is included.

• Spare parts included
All spare parts are included beyond manufacturer’s warranty, except consumables such as lamps.

• Free pick-up and delivery
Our service provides free pick-up and delivery of equipment needing depot service.

• Supply of no-charge loaner equipment
We will provide, whenever possible, a loaner unit while your equipment is being repaired.

• Priority no-charge telephone support
Technical telephone support is available for the duration of your Priority service agreement.
