Executive Assistant to Sales Leader

Location:  Mississauga, ON  Job Type:  Full Time Position

Nationwide Audio Visual is looking for a strong, experienced EA to support our sales leader.  We need someone with solid experience working with busy executives with top notch multi-tasking skills.  We’re a busy company and in an industry that moves extremely fast.

We’re looking for a rock star who can help keep our leaders on track in a fast-paced environment with constantly shifting priorities.  This is not an entry level role.


  • Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients
  • Prepare, send and follow up on customer quotes on behalf of the sales leader
  • Schedule meetings and appointments and manage schedules
  • Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
  • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
  • Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele
  • Arrange corporate events to take place outside of the work place, such as golf tournaments, fund-raising events and staff appreciation events
  • Other office administrative duties where required


  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management, ideally a sales leader

Office Administrator

Nationwide Audio Visual is looking for an experiences Office Administrator to join our talented team!


  • Preparation and completetion of RFQ tenders from start to finish
  • Enter sales orders for installs and orders into Business Vision
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding order status/ETA’s
  • Support and processing product returns (RMA)
  • Preparation of minutes/reports
  • Record sales leads and status of each lead follow up required
  • Some reception duties phone/mail/filing
  • Solid working knowledge of Excel/Microsoft outlook/Word and BV and asset

Senior Project Manager, Audio Visual

Job Description

Nationwide Audio Visual has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager. The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful planning, implementation, testing, training and closing of mission critical and/or high-profile audiovisual and videoconferencing projects for customers. As the single point of contact, from pre- sale through project sign-off, the project manager is expected to have exceptional communication, organization and leadership skills, and the ability to actively manage all stakeholders expectations throughout the project through regular meetings and project status updates.

The Project Manager will have specific aptitude for managing budgets, risk management, resource allocations, quality control, procurement, and other client-specific project processes. This includes creating comprehensive project plans in accordance with the customer approved scope of work and contract. Must have the ability to asses’ project risk strategy plans and proactively manage throughout the project life-cycle.

Skills & Experience

  • PMI Certifications (PMP) preferred.

AutoCad Design Engineer Audio/Visual

Location:  Mississauga, ON  Job Type:  Full Time Position

The AV Systems Engineer will provide sales support and project engineering services by assisting with client needs analysis, system design, proposal generation, labor estimation, shop drawing creation, and system documentation. Nationwide Audio Visual provides a fast-paced environment for highly-motivated industry professionals. Significant personal and professional growth opportunities are available for team players.

Candidate must have prior experience designing commercial AV systems. Proficiency creating project documentation using AutoCAD and MS Office is essential. A thorough understanding of digital media transmission and routing, AVB, CobraNet, media capture, storage, streaming, and control networks is required. Excellent organizational skills and written and verbal communications required. AMX and Crestron programming experience helpful, but not a requirement. Experience with products from manufacturers such as AMX, Biamp, Cisco, ClearOne, Crestron, Extron, Polycom is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in related technical field, or comparable experience. CTS certification required, CTS-D is preferred. Must demonstrate continued technical education through vendor and/or industry certifications.

Audio Visual Technician – Level 2

Location:  Mississauga, ON  Job Type:  Full Time Position

We are currently seeking an experienced Audio Visual Technician, Level 2 for our Mississauga office.  This key position within our organization requires a team-oriented individual with advanced technical knowledge of audio visual, audio and video conferencing equipment and integrated systems. Preference will be given to candidates with post-secondary education related to electronics and knowledge of IP networks and infrastructure. Certification ( CTS or CTS-I) or proven knowledge and proficiency in programming Crestron or AMX (or similar) audio-visual control systems will be a definite asset. Intermediate Technical staff must be able to work in a self-directed environment and be able to direct junior staff, be proficient in audio and video installation best practices, have good mechanical skills.


  • To organize materials and time in an efficient manner
  • Maintain the project change order procedures
  • End user system training when required
  • Prepare system Manuals for customer and AEL archives
  • Maintaining effective lines of communication between customer base and sales staff to ensure continuity of information
  • Keep Project Coordinator informed of current and projected status on all projects on a weekly basis
  • Regularly maintain labour management procedures to provide technical support to the sales staff
